Teaching Positions

The Curacao American Preparatory School is an accredited K-12 school.  We follow an accredited, U.S.-based curriculum.  We offer employment opportunities in the following areas:

•     Early Childhood Teachers (Kindergarten for 3 year olds - Kindergarten for 5 year olds)

•     Elementary Teachers (Kindergarten for 5 year olds - Grade 6)

•    Middle & High School Teachers (Grades 7-12)

•    Spanish & Dutch Teachers (all grade levels)

•    Physical Education Teachers (all grade levels)

•    Music Teachers (all grade levels)

•    Art Teachers (all grade levels)

•    IT/Computer Teachers (all grade levels)

•    Teacher Aide

How do I Know if Teaching at CAPS is Right for Me?

•     I have a creative, dynamic & flexible teaching style

•     I have experience and am comfortable working with multi-level students (i.e. special needs, gifted, ESL)

•     I have experience and am comfortable using small group instruction and cooperative learning strategies

•     I am fluent in spoken and written English
